This Hybrid Ninja Warrior Training program is designed specifically for moms who want to reclaim their strength, boost their confidence, and get back into fitness — whether starting fresh or looking to elevate your current fitness level. With 2 in-person classes per week, this program offers the flexibility to train on your terms, while empowering you to conquer challenges both inside and outside the gym while exploring the world of ninja training.
