She understands the pressure—and the potential.
As a ninja athlete and a coach in the MWA community, Callie knows firsthand the nerves, determination, and trust it takes to compete.
She combines that experience with her education and mental game coaching training to help athletes develop confidence, focus, and resilience.

Yes. Send an inquiry to discuss your athlete’s goals and learn more about scheduling and session rates.
How should my athlete prepare for a session?
Choose a quiet space, have wired or wireless headphones ready, and set aside time to focus. Your Microsoft Teams link is emailed the morning of the session.
How do we schedule follow-up sessions?
After the discovery session, book your next appointment with Callie or Kellie at the front desk. Allow at least 48 hours between sessions for follow-up planning.
